The Florilegium

Refunds

One address does all of it: paintedalways@gmail.com. A person reads it — the same person who answers your order email. Send the address you ordered with, and, if the plate came out of the tube wrong, a photograph of it.

A plate that arrives damaged, misprinted, or below the standard The Florilegium sells it at is reprinted or refunded in full. You choose which, and you do not send the damaged one back. If a parcel is lost on its way to you and tracking has gone quiet, the same holds.

Nothing is pulled from a shelf. Every physical piece is printed for one order, so a change of mind is not a return. Cancellation stays open until the order enters production — write the moment you know, and if it has not gone to press we cancel it and refund every cent.

Inscribed pieces and atelier bouquets are set and composed by hand, and both go out for your approval first: a proof of the cartouche, or of the whole arrangement. That proof is the moment to change a name, a date, or a bloom. Once you approve it we take it to press, and a piece that matches the proof you approved cannot be returned — it carries your words and no one else’s. If what arrives departs from the proof, or arrives damaged, we set it again or refund it. A bouquet takes two to three weeks; if you need it by a date, say so in the brief and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

A digital plate paid for and never delivered is refunded in full. A file you have downloaded cannot be returned, which is what personal use means in the terms of sale. If the file is corrupt, or is the wrong plate, tell us and the right one follows.

Refunds return to the card that paid, through Stripe. Not store credit, not a voucher, not a substitution. This policy is a working draft for the house’s launch and will be reviewed before paid traffic.
