The Florilegium collects the minimum needed to fulfil your order: your email, shipping address, order contents, and — for a birth flower or a bouquet — the month you choose, the brief you write, and any inscription (a name and a date) you ask us to set beneath the bloom. These are handled by Stripe (payment) and our print partner (fulfilment); an inscribed or composed piece is made by hand here, so its wording reaches no print partner until it is set on the plate. Your cart is stored only in your own browser.

We run no advertising pixels and set no marketing cookies. We do not sell or share personal information.

To have your order data deleted or exported, email paintedalways@gmail.com and we will honor the request within 30 days. This policy is a working draft for the house’s launch and will be reviewed before paid traffic.
